A. Wave Promotions will forward a quote to you within 12 hours of
request sent.

A. Wave Promotions specialises in this area and will recommend
the best form of decoration for each product selected.
Q. How do I pay?
A. Once product has been selected and approval form faxed we
require 50% deposit on initial approval and balance on completion
& receipt of job.
Q. How do I know that the quality of product will meet my
expectations?
A. Once product has been selected we can organise for you to
receive a sample prior
to proceeding with the job.
Q. How do I know what information you will require to complete
the job?
A. Each product is different and your Account Manager will assist
you with requirements along the way.
Q. How long will it take for the job to be completed?
A. Turnaround for local jobs can be within 7-10 working days.
Overseas orders will take from 6 to 10 weeks depending if pre-production samples are required.
Q. How is my job delivered?
A. Job will be sent directly to required address via courier
within the agreed timeframe.
